What are the responsibilities and job description for the Deep cleaner position at Ground and Doppio Coffee?
Job Summary
We are looking for a person to do deep cleaning in our restaurants once a week or twice a month depending on needs. This position includes cleaning difficult spaces and use of ladders. After hours is required. We close at 5 and 6 pm so it won't be super late. The work on a particular evening takes 2-3 hours. This is not a cleaning position where you would just dust and vacuum, it is hard work and detail-oriented stuff. We will pay accordingly.
Example of projects;
Clean fan blades in ceiling.
Clean hard to reach places that we can't do during open times.
Clean under equipment. (Pull out fridges and sweep and mop under.)
Requirements
- Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial roles is a must.
- Familiarity with custodial practices and industrial cleaning methods is a plus.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Good physical stamina; ability to lift and move items as necessary.
