What are the responsibilities and job description for the Kitchen Staff (Morning) position at Groucho's Deli?
Groucho's Deli in Clemson, SC is looking to fill an opening on our morning crew. Open availability monday-sunday mornings (10am-4pm) is highly recommended but all 7 days are not necessarily needed if majority of them are met. Weekends are mandatory for all staff on an as needed basis.
Responsibilities

*Opening kitchen for business *Cutting meat and portioning meat *Keeping all prep surfaces clean in between each item *Preparation of any and all items needed for the shift, may include bacon strips, bacon bits, slicing vegetables, bagging meat, portioning meat, preparing single use bottles, single use side items including feta, olives etc *Cleaning the kitchen after lunch so the night crew comes into a brand new kitchen in which to clean and prep for their respective shifts. *Usual restaurant boh responsibilities *Responsibilities may change as needed
Qualifications
- BoH experience preferred, but NOT needed

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $11.00 - $13.00/hour.
