Role Description The Homewatch Staff Rock Star is a part-time, on-site role based in N. Naples, FL. In this role, you will perform scheduled homewatch visits, following standardized checklists to inspect interiors and exteriors for issues such as damage, leaks, pests, or security concerns. You will document findings with clear written notes and photos, report concerns promptly to management, and support the coordination of maintenance or service visits as needed. Day-to-day tasks include locking and securing properties, verifying that systems (such as HVAC, plumbing, and lighting) are functioning properly, and maintaining detailed records of each visit. You will interact professionally with clients, vendors, and colleagues, uphold company procedures, and contribute to a dependable and trustworthy service experience.
