Responsibilities
- Consistently prospect and engage with company-provided leads through outbound phone calls
- Manage and organize a steady pipeline of leads, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate tracking in the CRM
- Follow our proven sales process step-by-step to guide prospects from initial contact through closing
- Commit to ongoing learning and mastery of our sales system, scripts, and best practices
- Actively participate in training sessions, coaching, and team meetings to continuously improve performance
- Build rapport quickly, identify customer needs, and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Handle objections professionally and persistently while maintaining a positive customer experience
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all prospect interactions and sales activities
- Stay organized, disciplined, and focused in a high-volume phone-based environment
- Uphold a high standard of professionalism, integrity, and customer service in every interaction
Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License, or willingness to obtain one
- Bilingual Spanish / English strongly preferred
- Prior experience selling P&C Insurance preferred
- Proven sales performance must be verifiable
- Strong communication skills, a competitive mindset, and a positive attitude
- Self-disciplined and dependable
- Eager to learn, take feedback, and contribute to a team environment
Salary : $60,000 - $120,000
