This role is built around multi-make recon and customer-pay work, not Mitsubishi-only repairs. If you can inspect vehicles, complete approved repairs, and keep work moving, this may be a strong fit.

Pay:
$18-$40 Flat Rate based on experience, skill level, and production ability, plus a tool incentive program based on flagged hours.

Responsibilities:
- Perform used-vehicle inspections
- Complete approved recon repairs
- Handle brakes, suspension, steering, maintenance, leaks, drivability basics, and general repair
- Work efficiently while maintaining quality
- Communicate needed repairs clearly
- Help keep recon and customer-pay work moving
Qualifications:
- Automotive repair experience
- Own tools required
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to work on most makes and models
- Good inspection habits
- Reliable work pace and quality
- ASE certifications helpful but not required
