Job Skills / Requirements

Par-time position (3 hours a day)

Monday through Friday 7am-10am.

Pay rate $15.00 an hour.

• Remove trash from receptacles, replace liner, disinfect, and clean receptacle.
• Sweet/vacuum carpet, matting, and rugs.
• Clean both sides of glass doors and adjacent windows, wipe frames.
• Clean and disinfect handrails.
• Clean and disinfect standing or hanging flags or signage.
• Clean and disinfect light switches, Spot clean walls, clean partition glass.
• Dust mop/wet mop hard surface flooring.
• Dust all furniture and fixtures.
• Vacuum upholstered furniture.
• Clean door jambs, dust/clean baseboards trim (dust bunnies), and polish thresholds.
• Dust HVAC ventilation grills when reachable by an extension.
• Polish/buff hard surface flooring.
• Dust/vacuum window coverings/dust all walls, doors, window frames above 6' to 10'.
• Clean and disinfect all toilets, urinals, and adjacent wall surfaces.
• Clean and disinfect sinks and countertops.
• Clean, disinfect and polish all metal brightwork.
• Clean all mirrors.
• Clean and disinfect shower areas.

Requirements

• Good customer service communication. 
• Dynamic, reliable, responsible, proactive.
• Capable to work in a group
• English speaking or bilingual.
