Facility Maintenance Technician

We are adding a Sales and Leasing Consultant to our Black River Falls, Wisconsin team.
We offer flexible hours and a 5 day work week. Our sales department is open Monday - Friday 8-6 and Saturday 8-3. You would work every other Saturday and have a day off during the week on those weeks. No late nights. Outstanding pay plan with very generous incentives and multiple bonus opportunities. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform routine and preventative repairs and maintenance on the dealership’s physical facility and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Operate and maintain building systems such as: Pumps, Fans, Pneumatic controls, Pressure‑reducing valves, Compressors, Air filtration systems
- Perform routine lot and lawn maintenance to include mowing and snow removal; ensure lot is safe for team members and customers
- Complete miscellaneous tasks and errands for all dealership departments.
- Maintain the physical appearance of the facility, including minor carpentry, painting, and general upkeep.
- Support safety and compliance by ensuring equipment and systems operate properly.
- Other jobs as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in facility, building, or industrial maintenance; 2-4 years’ experience working in a maintenance position or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Ability to operate maintenance tools and equipment safely.
- Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- Physical ability to lift, climb, bend, and work in various environments.
