What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Marketing Coordinator position at Gross Automation?
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate marketing activities: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email and offline (traditional) channels.
- Content creation: Develop marketing content, including collateral, social media posts, website content, newsletters and other promotional materials.
- Market research and analysis: Conduct research to understand marketing trends and consumer preferences to help shape marketing strategies.
- Monitor and report: Track the performance of marketing campaigns and prepare reports to assess their effectiveness and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Marketing maintenance: Maintain marketing materials to ensure consistency and accuracy in branding; maintain and update customer lists via CRM system.
- Customer event management: Plan and manage marketing efforts for trade shows, conferences, customer visits, events and meetings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or related field.
- 3- to 5-years experience in marketing, marketing communications and/or advertising.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media platforms, e-mail marketing, CRM software, SEO, analytics tools).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to multi-task with attention to detail.
