Grosfillex Americas is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Production Control Coordinator to join our manufacturing team at our Robesonia, PA facility.
With nearly 100 years of history and more than 55 years of operations in Pennsylvania, Grosfillex is a leading manufacturer of high-quality products for commercial and residential markets.
This part-time position offers a flexible, first-shift schedule of approximately 20–25 hours per week, with a minimum of three days per week onsite at our Robesonia facility.
What You'll Do
In this role, you'll support daily manufacturing operations by maintaining accurate production records, coordinating work orders, and assisting with inventory and scheduling activities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Enter and maintain production data using M3, Access, Excel, and other business systems.
- Prepare and process manufacturing orders, job documentation, and production labels.
- Review production reports and records for accuracy and completeness.
- Update manufacturing schedules and assist with production coordination.
- Process inventory adjustments and support routine cycle counts and the annual physical inventory.
- Review daily labor records to ensure accurate coding and reporting.
- Provide additional administrative and production support as needed.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
- A team-oriented approach with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn new systems and processes.
