Automated Paint Line Technician
The Automated Paint Line Technicians are responsible for the technical functioning of the automated painting operation in our Lebanon, PA, manufacturing facility.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Always perform all duties with safety as the top priority. Ensure that everyone does the same.
- Provide technical expertise and labor for the proper operation of the automated paint lines, including the flaming stations, the paint sprayers, sponging/brushing processes, ovens, conveyors, fans, etc. Regularly inspect product quality throughout the shift.
- Accurately measure and mix paints and solvents as defined in formulas. Ensure that the products coming off the line meet the defined quality standards.
- Operate the labeling and packaging equipment. Make minor adjustments and repairs as required. Refill the consumable materials.
- Manage fixture and setup changes. Monitor the condition of the fixtures and review with the Cell Leader.
- Perform the operator role as required to cover for breaks and absences.
- Load/unload trucks and transport materials as required. Submit records to the office.
- Maintain the production paint log and enter the data into the computer.
- Monitor material inventories and report shortages to the Cell Leader.
- Maintain good housekeeping in the entire facility, including the orderly condition of the paint storage areas. Participate in the end-of-shift cleanups.
- Help train new operators and technicians as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· One year of steady manufacturing/production experience, preferably in an automated painting or printing environment
· Ability to regularly lift, carry, and pour 40-pound pails
· Ability to work 8-to-10-hour shifts in standing/walking/bending positions on concrete surfaces
· Aptitude to learn all the aspects of the job, including forklift driving/certification
· Continuously add to technical skills
