As a Sales Consultant, you'll serve as a trusted advisor and local ambassador for our brand. You’ll meet with prospective clients to showcase our “Your Style, Made Easy” approach, help bring their vision to life, and differentiate our services in a competitive market.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct set-up calls to align customer expectations from the start
- Maintain an open calendar for appointments and meet sales targets
- Perform in-home consultations and present estimates to customers
- Collaborate with customers to design and plan projects
- Prepare clear, customized written proposals that reflect customer needs and expectations
- Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout their project
- Actively self-generate new leads each week
What You’ll Bring
- Proven sales experience or similar customer-facing role
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- High energy, goal-oriented mindset with strong organization skills
- Ability to manage time, solve problems, and work independently
- Track record of performance and upward mobility

- Prior experience in in-home sales, especially within construction or painting
- Bilingual

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $30,000–$40,000
