- Set up CNC machines by installing tools, fixtures, and programming parameters based on job specifications.
- Operate CNC equipment safely and efficiently to produce parts according to detailed blueprints and technical drawings.
- Monitor machine operations throughout production runs, ensuring optimal performance and quality output.
- Conduct routine inspections of finished parts for accuracy, dimensions, and surface finish using precision measurement tools.
- Perform regular maintenance checks on CNC machinery, including cleaning, lubrication, and troubleshooting minor issues.
- Document production data, machine settings, and inspection results accurately for quality control records.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot problems quickly and implement solutions that minimize downtime.
