As a Service Porter, you will be responsible for assisting guests with their needs, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the service area, and supporting various operational tasks.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide assistance with their inquiries or requests.
- Drive vehicles, including those with manual transmissions, safely and efficiently.
- Handle cash transactions accurately while providing excellent customer service.
- Assist with valet parking duties, ensuring vehicles are parked securely and retrieved promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness in the service area, including organizing equipment and supplies.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless operations.
- Support delivery drivers as needed, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
- Utilize retail math skills to assist in inventory management and stock organization.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
- Ability to drive various types of vehicles, including those with manual transmissions.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
