Groov Wellness is a fast-growing, cash-based weight loss and hormone optimization clinic in San Antonio. We help patients restore energy, balance hormones, and achieve lasting results through personalized wellness plans. We’re expanding to a second location and looking for a Practice Operations Manager who can run both clinics, lead the team, and drive performance while the owners work remotely.

The Role
This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on ownership, accountability, and results.
You’ll oversee daily operations, coach staff, manage KPIs, and ensure both locations deliver a consistent 5-star experience. You’ll start by optimizing our first location, then lead hiring and setup for the second.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all daily operations across both clinics
- Manage a small team of medical providers, MAs, and front desk staff
- Track and improve KPIs: revenue, conversion, retention, overhead
- Conduct monthly 1-on-1s and performance reviews
- Maintain SOP compliance and patient experience standards
- Hire and train new team members for second location launch
- Manage scheduling, supplies, and payroll accuracy
- Report weekly results and insights to ownership
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of experience managing a medical spa, weight loss, or wellness clinic
- Proven leadership and financial management skills (P&L, KPIs, team growth)
- Confident managing people, process, and profit
- Comfortable with EHRs, scheduling systems, and CRM tools
- Positive, proactive, and results-driven leader
Compensation & Growth
- Base Pay: $75,000–$95,000 (based on experience)
- Performance Bonus: Up to $25,000 annually, tied to KPI and profit growth
- Total Potential: $90K–$120K per year
- Benefits: PTO, leadership growth, clinic discounts, flexible hours
- Career Path: Regional Director as we expand beyond two locations
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, full-time
- Local travel between clinics (San Antonio area)
