Groomer’s Best is looking for a dependable and motivated Parts Fabricator to join our growing manufacturing team. In this role, you will help produce custom stainless-steel products used by veterinarians, pet groomers, distributors, and outdoor customers across the country.

What You’ll Do
As a Parts Fabricator, you will support production by preparing and fabricating stainless-steel parts used in custom products and equipment. Daily responsibilities may include:
- Operating fabrication equipment such as press brakes, sanders, saws, grinders, and welding equipment
- Cutting, sanding, grinding, and preparing stainless-steel materials for assembly
- Bending and forming parts using brake press equipment
- Reading work instructions and following production specifications accurately
- Assisting with welding and fabrication tasks as needed
- Inspecting parts for quality and accuracy before moving to assembly
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Working closely with team members to meet daily production goals
- Following all shop safety procedures and quality standards

Preferred Skills & Experience
- Previous fabrication, manufacturing, or metalworking experience preferred
- Experience operating fabrication tools or machinery such as:
- Brake Press
- Sanders
- Cold Saw
- Welders
- Iron Worker Machines
- Grinders
- Basic welding experience is helpful but not required
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment and processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
Schedule Options
We offer flexible scheduling options to support work-life balance:
- Monday through Thursday | 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM (4-day work week)
OR - Monday through Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with occasional early short-day options

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
This position works primarily in a manufacturing and fabrication environment with exposure to machinery, metal materials, dust, noise, and varying temperatures.
Candidates must be able to:
- Stand and move throughout the shift
- Frequently bend, lift, and carry materials
- Safely operate shop equipment and tools
- Lift and move materials as needed
