Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of employees, ensuring daily tasks and operations are completed efficiently and in accordance with company standards.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and conducting performance appraisals.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
• Coordinate and assign work tasks to team members based on priorities and workload.
• Resolve operational issues and conflicts as they arise, escalating matters to higher management when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, performance, and work progress.
• Perform the same tasks and duties as team members, leading by example and providing hands-on support where necessary.
• Demonstrate best practices and ensure team members understand and apply effective techniques in their tasks.
• Train and mentor new hires or less experienced staff, providing guidance on work processes and safety procedures.
• Assist in troubleshooting and problem-solving on the floor or within the team’s daily operations.
• Ensure team members are using appropriate tools, equipment, and resources to perform tasks.
• Ensure the team meets or exceeds daily and weekly production or service goals.
• Maintain quality control standards by reviewing work processes and outcomes.
• Monitor inventory levels, ensuring the team has the necessary materials to perform tasks and place orders when needed.
• Ensure the work environment is organized, clean, and meets safety and health requirements.
• Provide updates and reports on team performance, issues, and operational successes to upper management.

• Ability to perform the tasks of the team and lead by example.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide others.
• Knowledge of industry standards, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in the industry preferred.
• Supervisory or management certifications.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 90 pounds.
• Standing, walking, and handling equipment for extended periods.
