Key Responsibilities:
- Operate front-end loaders to move, load, and transport materials efficiently.
- Perform pre-operational checks and routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while operating equipment in various conditions.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate material handling activities and ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate records of material movement and equipment usage.
- Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.
- Assist in training new operators on safe equipment operations and best practices.
What does it take to work for Groome Industrial Service Group?
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in heavy equipment operation preferred.
- Proven experience operating front-end loaders and other plant equipment.
