*Urgently hiring for mid and weekend shifts!*
- 1 – 2 years previous customer service or dealing with the public
- 1 year handling multiple phone lines
- Software experience with Word, Excel, and Outlook and other Internet applications
- Some experience using scheduling and/or reservation software
- Cash handling experience Satisfactory completion of each of the following:
- Background investigation
- Drug test
- DOT physical and agilities test (drivers only)
- Motor Vehicle Report (drivers only)
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- High School diploma or equivalent
Job Requirements:
- Answer customer inquiries, assist walk-in customers
- Take new reservations from callers and walk-ins
- Provide excellent customer service
- Work varied shifts as needed
- Perform other duties as required
