Role and Responsibilities
- Pre- and Post-trip vehicle
- Includes checking fluids, tires etc. and identifying issues
- Fueling as necessary
- Transport to shop or repair facilities as required
- Passenger transport
- Customer service – greet and thank customers as they enter and exit
- Assist according to guidelines
- Transport passengers safely as directed from point-to-point according to manifest or dispatch instructions
- Collect fares as directed
- Turn in required paperwork at end of shift
- Operate in an efficient manner
- Arrive at designated location quickly and timely
- Maintain scheduled pickups
- Communicate with dispatch if there are any issues
- Maintain state required licensing
- Must pass pre-employment drug test, DOT physical (one-year card required) and agilities test
- Complete pre-employment background check and MVR that meets standards
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to follow instructions
