Key Responsibilities:

• Operate front-end loaders to move, load, and transport materials efficiently.
• Perform pre-operational checks and routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while operating equipment in various conditions.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate material handling activities and ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate records of material movement and equipment usage.
• Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.
• Assist in training new operators on safe equipment operations and best practices.
  
  

What does it take to work for Groome Industrial Service Group?

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in heavy equipment operation preferred.
• Proven experience operating front-end loaders and other plant equipment.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices in equipment operation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while operating equipment in various conditions, including high-noise environments.

• Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks.
