We are a high end hair men's salon on Milwaukee's East Side and looking for talented Hair Stylists/Barbers who can deliver expert hair cutting, styling, coloring, facial waxing, straight razor shaving, and grooming services while providing exceptional customer care. Whether you’re skilled in classic barbering techniques or innovative hair styling, your passion for beauty and attention to detail will shine through. Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of hair services including cuts, details, beard trims, straight razor shaves, facial waxing, manicures, and styling tailored to each client’s preferences.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations and salon protocols.
• Provide expert advice on hair care routines, product recommendations, and retail upselling to enhance client satisfaction.
• Mentor junior team members by sharing expertise in color theory, haircutting techniques, and customer service excellence.

Skills

• Proven experience in hair styling and barbering with a strong portfolio of diverse styles.
• Expertise in color theory and application for vibrant or subtle hair coloring results.
• Skilled in specialized services like straight razor shaves, nail care, and store management.
• Excellent communication skills to understand client needs and deliver personalized consultations.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Ability to upsell retail products effectively while maintaining genuine client trust.
• Familiarity with sanitation standards specific to barbering practices.
• Capable of training others in hair styling techniques and salon procedures to foster team growth.

Experience:

• Hair styling: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Cosmetology License or Barbering License (Required)
