Oversee and assist the kitchen staff in all aspects of food production

Establish and maintain a regular maintenance schedule for all kitchen areas and equipment

This is a full-time on-site Chef role located in Cheshire, CT. As a Chef at Groobarbs Wild Farm, you will manage the preparation and presentation of fresh, seasonal dishes using farm-grown ingredients. Key responsibilities include menu planning, maintaining food quality and hygiene standards, and collaborating with other team members to deliver exceptional culinary experiences. You will also play a role in creating special farm-to-table events and educating visitors about local and sustainable cooking practices.
