Responsibilities:
- Provide a wide range of hair services to clients, including haircuts, styling, coloring , dimensional colors, facial waxing.
- Perform consultations with clients to determine their desired look and provide recommendations based on their hair type, face shape, and skin tone.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques to offer innovative services to clients.
- Build and maintain a loyal client base by providing exceptional customer service and personalized attention.
- Educate clients on proper hair routines and recommend suitable products for at-home maintenance.
- Upsell salon products and services to increase revenue.
- Assist with front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and handling cash transactions.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of cosmetology techniques, including cutting, coloring, styling, facial waxing.
- Proficiency in retail math for accurate pricing and inventory management.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs.
- Ability to be a team player - Sales skills to upsell salon products and services.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
