Gromelski & Associates is seeking a highly motivated and self-starting engineer to join our team. As a member of our engineering team, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and testing software systems.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize requirements, develop technical documentation, and collaborate with engineers to resolve technical issues.
Systems Engineer Responsibilities:

Technical Expertise:Experience with tools such as DOORS, Confluence, and JIRA (or similar).
Software Development: Familiarity with the software development cycle and Systems Engineering "V" methodology
Strong understanding of software development principles and practices.
Education & Clearance: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software/Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance (U.S. citizenship required).
Professional Traits: Self‑motivated, task‑driven, and able to work independently.
Strong team player who takes ownership and cultivates collaborative relationships.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
