Compensation: Base salary starting at $50,000 per year monthly bonus opportunities. Monthly Car Allowance. 1st year $10,000 bump in salary for hitting target goal.

What You’ll Do
- Grow your territory: Develop new business through prospecting and face-to-face visits.
- Solve customer problems: Take a consultative approach to uncover customer needs and position the right solutions.
- Own your schedule: Create your own route and manage your time independently to maximize results.
- Deliver service that sticks: Provide quotes, respond quickly (calls within 2 hours, emails within 4), and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Represent the brand with pride: Be the face of Groggy Dog in your market.
What You Bring
- 1–2 years of outside sales experience with a proven record of hitting or exceeding quota.
- Natural people skills—you listen well, connect quickly, and make customers feel understood.
- A competitive mindset—you don’t just want to meet goals, you want to crush them.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Professionalism, self-discipline, and the ability to thrive with minimal supervision.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- Must be able to lift a 60 lb box.
Bonus points for: Experience in promotional products, screen-printing, or branded merchandise sales.
