What You’ll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers and play a key role in keeping our service team running smoothly.
- Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries professionally
- Schedule service, maintenance, and installation appointments
- Dispatch and coordinate technicians to meet customer needs
- Provide clear communication to customers regarding appointments and services
- Enter and update customer information in the scheduling system
- Assist with follow-ups, confirmations, and service reminders
- Support technicians and office staff to ensure smooth daily operations
- Deliver a positive, professional experience with every customer interaction
