The Service Dispatcher will be responsible for utilizing various management systems and tools to optimize operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
Duties
- Coordinate and schedule services, ensuring timely dispatch of vehicles and personnel.
- Utilize GPS technologies to track technician movements and optimize routes.
- Manage logistics operations, including freight handling, shipping & receiving, and technician management.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, data entry, and documentation using systems such as Service Titan.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and other stakeholders via multi-line phone systems.
- Analyze dispatching data to identify trends, improve efficiency, and support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless planning within overall operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service through effective phone etiquette and communication skills.
Skills
- Proficiency in dispatch management systems and logistics software. (Service Titan)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for effective decision-making.
- Experience in dispatching within the trades industry is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with trades operations and supply chain management principles.
- Excellent typing skills for efficient data entry and documentation.
- Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple priorities effectively.
