Job Summary
- Assist with implementing and maintaining the quality management system that drives continuous improvement and excellence. Assists the Quality Manager in developing, implementing, and facilitating company policies, procedures, and training programs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Prepares policy and procedure revisions for approval and subsequent publication
- Involved in the development of new policies, procedures, and training programs
- Maintains master copies of all manuals and forms under document control
- Archives of all published procedures
- Manage user access for Hours of Service and Internal camera and trailer tracking systems, and adjust and assign geofencing
- Pull Hours of Service Violations reports and escalate unresolved violations
- Assist Pricing to provide pertinent facts and resource materials responding to inquiries from current and prospective customers
- Assists with customer complaints tracking, escalation, and completion, and sends approved customer responses.
- Assist in the preparation of internal and external audits
- Monitor, maintain, and archive audit findings, corrective actions, and reports
- Maintain Customer-requested web-based databases for EHS&S
- Coordinate sustainability programs with the Quality Manager and improvement projects to help reduce the company’s environmental footprint.
- Research and recommend sustainable practices, materials, or procedures applicable to transportation and logistics.
- Assist with sustainability disclosures, surveys, and platforms such as EcoVadis, and other ESG-related reports.
- Promote a culture of quality, safety, and environmental responsibility throughout the organization.
- Ability to travel

Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred. An equivalent combination of relevant education, training, and experience that demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and ability to effectively perform this position's functions may be considered.
Computer Equipment and Software Requirements
- Must be able to operate computer systems to complete essential job functions effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook applications.
- Adobe Professional
- Knowledge and experience with multiple platforms for storing internal policies and procedures, including cloud-based services, is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
