Now Hiring: Experienced Trucking Dispatcher (Full-Time)
We are a family-owned trucking company built on honesty, respect, and strong family values. We are looking for an experienced dispatcher to join our team.
Our dispatchers play a key role in supporting our drivers and keeping operations running smoothly. We take pride in treating our drivers like family—and that includes making sure they are home weekly for their 34-hour reset.
Position Details:
- Full-time position

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Relations: continue strong relationships with current customer to secure freight
- Broker Relations: Establish or Continue strong relationships with brokers while negotiating freight
- Load Coordination: Schedule and plan for freight movement from pick up to delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines and client requirements.
- Track Shipments: Monitor the status of shipments, providing updates to brokers and clients as needed.
- Driver Availability: Plan routes while prioritizing on-time delivery and driver home time
- Documentation: Manage and maintain accurate records of load confirmations and other necessary documentation
- Communication: Clear communication is key when working with customers, brokers, drivers, and other office staff. This position may require communication with drivers, brokers and office staff outside of regular office hours
Requirements:
- Prior experience in the logistics or trucking industry (required)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with online load boards and negotiating rates
- Proficient in Microsoft Spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets)
- Clean background check
