Convenience Store Reset Merchandiser — Houston Area
Full-Time | Salary Position
We're looking for a self-motivated Convenience Store Reset Merchandiser to join our team. You'll work with convenience stores across Houston and Southeast Texas to complete product resets, execute Plan-o-Grams, and maintain high merchandising standards. Daily travel to multiple stores required, occasional overnight travel possible. Must reside in Houston or the immediate surrounding area.
Qualifications
- - Complete product resets and Plan-o-Gram implementations
- - Tag, stock, and organize merchandise
- - Maintain strong customer relationships
- - Ensure displays meet company standards
- - Perform physical tasks (lifting, bending, stooping)
What You Need
- - 2 years grocery or convenience merchandising experience
- - Excellent customer service & communication
- - Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- - Comfortable traveling daily
- - Basic Microsoft Excel/Microsoft Office skills
- - CRM (Salesforce) experience preferred
Compensation & Benefits
- - Salary: $38,000–$40,000 (based on experience)
- - Authorized expense reimbursement
- - Car Allowance: $600/month fuel reimbursement
- - Communication Allowance: $75/month
