Job Summary: (Irving, TX 75062)
This position is responsible for overseeing operations across multiple stores in the Dallas region, recruiting and training store managers, setting regional goals, and ensuring that the stores under their supervision adhere to company and industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruits, trains, and disciplines Assistant District Managers and Store Leads.
- Ensures operational efficiency in each store.
- Ensures that marketing efforts are consistent across each store.
- Sets regional goals such as sales estimates and revenue projections.
- Ensures that the stores under their supervision adhere to company and industry regulations.
- Ensures that all stores meet safety and cleanliness standards.
- Manages a regional budget and ensures that each store operates within the budget.
- Monitors each store's P&L reports.
- Addresses operational problems that arise.
- Liaises between regional branches and company headquarters.
- Ensures that customer service levels are consistent across stores.
- Makes recommendations to senior management.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Supervises employees within the Operations department.
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
- Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (BA) from a four-year college or university, or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
