Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Team member to join our Grocery Outlet family. This role is primarily responsible for receiving and stocking product, maintaining an organized sales floor, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate enjoys fast-paced work, takes pride in keeping shelves full and clean, and is willing to support front-end operations when needed.
Responsibilities
- Unload deliveries and stock shelves efficiently and accurately
- Rotate product, check dates, and maintain proper merchandising standards
- Keep aisles, backroom, and displays clean, organized, and safe
- Assist customers with locating items and provide friendly service
- Build and maintain promotional displays and endcaps
- Support store operations including basic inventory tasks
- Cross-train as a cashier and operate the register as needed
Experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Comfortable working early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous retail or grocery experience preferred but not required
