Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Key Holder to join our team for the 2nd shift. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a trusted leader responsible for ensuring smooth store operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe, secure, and organized environment. As a Key Holder, you will support store management in supervising daily activities, managing inventory, and creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Open and close the store in accordance with company procedures, ensuring all safety and security protocols are followed
- Assist in supervising daily store operations, including sales floor management, stocking, merchandising, and cashiering
- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing customer needs, resolving issues promptly, and creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Manage inventory processes including stock replenishment, organization, and loss prevention efforts
- Support hiring efforts by assisting with interviews, onboarding, and training of new team members
- Accurately handle cash transactions using POS systems and perform all cash handling and reconciliation duties
- Partner with management on operational tasks such as purchasing, pricing, and executing sales promotions
- Lead by example by demonstrating strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills during your shift
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales, supervisory, or management roles required
- Strong understanding of retail operations, including POS systems, inventory control, merchandising, and cash handling
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
- Experience with interviewing, training, employee development, and basic payroll functions preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Prior supervisory or assistant management experience highly preferred
Schedule Requirements
- Availability to work 2nd shift, including weekends and holidays
