Responsibilities
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring stock levels are optimized through accurate ordering, purchasing, and stock rotation to minimize waste and maximize sales.
- Manage pricing strategies and merchandising displays to attract customers and promote high-margin products.
- Implement effective inventory control measures to reduce shrinkage and ensure product availability.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing shopper inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate marketing initiatives and promotional activities to increase store traffic and sales performance.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as company policies related to merchandising, stocking, and store cleanliness.
- Foster a positive work environment through effective communication skills, leadership, and team management practices.

- Proven experience in retail
