Duties
- Assist customers with their shopping needs, providing excellent customer service and support
- Stock shelves efficiently, ensuring products are organized according to like items and merchandising standards
- Manage inventory levels through inventory control practices and POS systems
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including cleaning designated areas as needed
- Handle cashiering duties including cash handling, retail math calculations, and operating POS terminals
- Monitor pricing accuracy and update signage to reflect current promotions and pricing strategies
- Support remodeling or interior design projects by preparing displays or assisting with layout adjustments
- Collaborate with team members on visual design initiatives such as branding, signage, and store layout improvements
- Assist with stock replenishment and inventory management to ensure product availability
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively within a team and interact professionally with customers
- Organizational skills necessary for inventory management, stock rotation, and store upkeep
