Duties
- Lead daily store activities, supervising team members to ensure excellent customer service and efficient store operations
- Manage inventory control, including stock replenishment.
- Oversee point-of-sale (POS) systems, cashiering duties, and cash handling procedures with accuracy and integrity
- Implement merchandising strategies to optimize product placement, pricing, and promotional displays that boost sales
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism via phone or in-person, ensuring positive shopping experiences
- Monitor sales performance and manage shift schedules to meet sales targets while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization
Requirements
- Proven supervisory or assistant management experience within retail or grocery environments
- Strong knowledge of retail math, inventory management, POS systems, and cash handling procedures
