ABOUT THE ROLE & WHY IT MATTERS

An emerging podcast, Human School reframes pain as purpose, productivity as presence, and leadership as inner clarity. We’re building the education we never got. Through stories, tools, and raw conversations, we help people stop performing their lives – and start participating in them. We’ve been taught everything except how to be human. In a world obsessed with output, Human School is where we study what happens within.

We are looking for an Executive Producer to elevate Human School into a category-defining experience. We’re building a top-tier, editorially fearless show with the production quality of the leading podcasts in 2025; rich narrative arcs, cinematic audio, rigorous research and interviews that uncover truth rather than repeat talking points.

About The Day To Day In This Role

  • Oversee the production of the Human School podcast; leading a team of filmmakers and editors and creating podcast and social media content that drives engagement and growth
  • As the podcast grows, drive monetization and brand partnerships
  • Drive production timelines across 10 concurrent content projects
  • Build and maintain project plans with milestones, dependencies, and accountability systems
  • Experience with content copywriting such as guest intros, guest questions, ad spots etc.
  • Track metrics across podcast streaming platforms and social media and communicate those metrics in weekly reporting to relevant departments
  • Run weekly production meetings and daily stand-ups with the marketing team
  • Create and enforce SOPs for content production workflows
  • Track KPIs like on-time delivery, budget adherence, and production velocity
  • Coordinate logistics for podcast recordings, video shoots, and guest scheduling
  • Manage vendor and freelancer relationships (editors, videographers, designers)
  • Oversee asset management, file organization, and content delivery systems
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement tools or systems to improve efficiency
  • Develop templates and playbooks to make workflows repeatable and scalable
  • And more…a full job description can be shared during the recruiting process
