Warehouse Production Worker
Gro-Well Brands is a growing company in Albuquerque, New Mexico. We offer a fast-paced, supportive work environment where teamwork and safety are priorities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate production equipment used to manufacture and package landscaping materials, including mulch, soil, and related products
- Stack, wrap, and label finished pallets
- Inspect products and packaging for quality
- Safely operate a forklift
- Receive, unload, and store incoming materials in designated areas
- Prepare and package orders for shipment
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks
- Safely operate power tools and hand tools as needed
- Perform inventory counts and report any discrepancies
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and production area
- Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive physical tasks
Qualifications and Skills:
- Forklift experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to safely operate equipment, power tools, and hand tools
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Basic computer skills for inventory management
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work well with a team
