- Provide training to new employees

- Monitoring employee performance to ensure that they are performing their responsibilities in a satisfactory manner
- Ability to stand/walk for the duration of a scheduled shift.
- Overseeing all front-end operations including cash handling, register reconciliation, and customer service
- Ensure that all team members are customer focused and are demonstrating excellent customer service at all times.
- Ensure that cashiers are available to check out customers with minimum waiting
- Maintain honest, direct, and respectful communications with co-workers and managers
