Experience Dump Truck Driver Night Shift *40hr Guarantee

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Dump Truck Driver to join our dynamic construction team. In this vital role, you will operate heavy-duty dump trucks to transport materials across construction sites, ensuring efficient and safe delivery of aggregates, soil, and asphal. Your pay is based on EXPERIENCE. Drivers with experience will get $25hr(This mean the driver will not need ANY training). 40 hour guarantee comes with stipulations. Which will be discussed during interview.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate dump trucks
• Load, transport, and unload construction materials including gravel, dirt, asphalt, and debris with precision and care.
• Conduct routine inspections of the dump truck and associated equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with site supervisors and team members to plan routes and maximize efficiency.
• Assist with basic maintenance tasks on trucks and equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure longevity.
• Follow all safety protocols, traffic laws, and environmental regulations during operations.

Requirements

• CDLs more than 2 years
• Experience in asphalt paving and Milling.
• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record; experience with horizontal drilling or paving is a plus.
• Familiarity with construction site safety procedures
• Ability to perform routine
• Strong understanding of construction processes including grading, paving, and material handling.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
