Job Summary

We are a small, private contracted company specializing in parking enforcement on private property. Our team is dedicated to providing efficient and professional parking management services while growing and expanding our presence. This role involves monitoring parking areas, ensuring compliance with parking regulations, and assisting visitors and tenants as needed. Responsibilities

• Monitor designated parking areas to ensure vehicles are parked in accordance with established rules and regulations.
• Issue parking citations or warnings to vehicles that violate policies on private property.
• Assist visitors and tenants by providing directions or information related to parking procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of the property to maintain order and safety within the parking areas.
• Record and report any incidents, safety concerns, or violations observed during shifts.
• Collaborate with team members to improve parking enforcement processes and customer service.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while interacting with the public and property staff.

Experience

• Previous experience in parking enforcement, security, or related roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to handle situations professionally are essential.
• Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and maintain attention to detail during patrols.
• Reliability and punctuality are important qualities for success in this role.
