Job Description: SUMMARY Century Gaming Technologies is seeking an Attendant to join our team! This individual will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and delivering a comfortable and enjoyable experience to all of our video gaming machine players in a Casino location. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Greet Century Gaming Technologies customers in a professional and welcoming manner. Provide excellent customer service to customers visiting the video gaming location; collect order and serve drinks, collect vouchers, cash in tickets, answer questions, etc. Maintain a safe and clean environment by tidying areas inside and outside of the casino. Stock inventory as necessary. Other duties as assigned by supervisory direction. QUALIFICATIONS Excellent customer service skills Polished and professional attire and personality Great team player Ability to multitask Ability to handle complaints with empathy, compassion and confidence Ability to pass a Montana State Approved Alcohol Education Training Availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays. The base salary will depend on a number of factors such as: qualifications, experience level, and skillset.
