Responsibilities:
Perform residential home inspections throughout our service area, from Fort Collins to Pueblo.
Inspect structural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, and other major home systems.
Create detailed, accurate, and easy-to-understand inspection reports.
Clearly communicate inspection findings to clients in a professional and friendly manner.
Maintain a high level of customer service while representing Grizzly Home Inspection.
Manage your daily schedule and arrive on time for appointments.
Qualifications:
Previous residential home inspection experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of residential construction and home systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
Ability to access roofs, attics, crawl spaces, and other inspection areas.
Comfortable using inspection software and technology.
Compensation & Benefits:
