Priority Fitness delivers and installs commercial and home fitness equipment across Wisconsin and beyond. We're part of the Grizzly Fitness family, and our installers are the ones who make it happen — showing up, hauling it in, building it right, and leaving customers pumped to use their new setup.
We're hiring hard-working, mechanically-minded people to join our delivery and install team. No two days are the same: one day you're setting up a home gym across town, the next you're on the road outfitting a full commercial facility. If you like working with your hands, taking pride in a clean install, and being out in the field instead of stuck at a desk — this is your job.
What you'll do
- Load, transport, deliver, and install fitness equipment (treadmills, racks, cable machines, free weights, and more)
- Assemble equipment on-site accurately and to spec
- Provide friendly, professional service to customers at drop-off and setup
- Keep tools, vehicles, and job sites clean and organized
- Travel to job sites regionally, including occasional overnight trips
- Work as part of a tight-knit crew that has each other's backs
What we're looking for
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (you'll be driving company vehicles)
- Able to lift 75 lbs and handle physical, hands-on work throughout the day
- Willing to travel and stay overnight on multi-day jobs
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable with hand and power tools
- Reliable, on time, and takes pride in doing the job right
Tool experience is a plus — but we're willing to train the right person. If you've got the work ethic and the attitude, we'll teach you the rest.
Pay & schedule
- $15–$25 per hour, based on age and experience
- Full-time and part-time positions available
- Overtime opportunities during busy stretches
