Customer Service Representative | GritR Sports
Location: North Richland Hills, TX (On-site)
Pay: $18.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Fuel the Passion for the Outdoors
At GritR Sports, we don’t just sell gear; we support a lifestyle. We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative who is ready to be the face (and voice) of our brand. If you are a problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has an interest in firearms and outdoor sports, you’ll fit right in.
In this role, you won't just "process orders"—you will drive customer loyalty by ensuring every interaction is seamless, secure, and expert-led.
Your Impact
- Voice of the Brand: Manage inbound calls and emails, turning inquiries into positive experiences.
- Order Integrity: Process orders with precision, including payment verification and proactive fraud prevention.
- Relationship Management: Use our multi-channel systems to document interactions, ensuring our team stays aligned, and our customers continuously taken care of.
- Continuous Learning: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our evolving product catalog to provide "strategic" advice, not just scripted answers.
What You Bring to the Team
- Experience: Proven track record in customer support or "client success" roles.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills (you can explain complex topics clearly and kindly).
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating multi-channel communication tools.
- Resilience: The ability to turn a complaint into a solution while maintaining a positive, professional attitude.
- Industry Interest: A genuine passion or interest in Firearms and Outdoor Sports is highly preferred.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
GritR Sports is committed to a culture of autonomy, teamwork, and growth. We want our team members to build careers here, not just hold jobs.
- Comprehensive Benefits: Health, Dental, and Vision insurance.
- Future Security: 401(k) plan
- Work-Life Balance: Paid and Unpaid Time Off (PTO) to get you outdoors.
- The Perks: Casual dress code, team engagement events, and a "promote from within" philosophy.
GritR Sports & Outdoors is an equal opportunity employer. We encourage individuals from all backgrounds to apply.
