We are looking for a C Software Engineer with min 1 years of experience, a strong academic foundation, and a high-flyer trajectory to join a top-tier HFT firm to work with a world-class team of engineers and quants to re-define ultra-low latency trading.

Responsibilities:
- Design and optimize ultra-low-latency trading systems in modern C .
- Collaborate with researchers and traders to deliver production-ready strategies.
- Analyze performance bottlenecks and push systems to the limit.
Qualifications:
- 1 years (No upper limit) of experience in C (C 17 or later preferred)
- Open to Top fresh graduates too.
- Strong CS fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, memory models)
- Degree from a top-tier institution.
- Internship or full-time experience in trading, hedge funds, or top tech a plus
- Strong ownership, curiosity, and drive to make an impact
- Proficiency in both Chinese and English to liaise with the global collaboration.
Compensation Range (as required by law):
Base salary: $90,000 – $250,000/year Performance-based bonus Competitive benefits
