What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mover position at GRIT Property Solutions?
What You’ll Be Doing
- Loading and unloading furniture, appliances, and household goods
- Assisting with residential and commercial moves
- Packing and wrapping items to prevent damage
- Delivering furniture and appliances to customers
- Junk removal and property cleanouts (homes, apartments, warehouses)
- Working as part of a team to complete jobs efficiently and safely
What We’re Looking For
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance (this is non-negotiable)
- Ability to lift 75 lbs and work in a physical environment
- Good attitude and ability to work well with a team
- Respectful and professional with customers
- Problem-solver who can think on the fly
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience in moving, construction, landscaping, or general labor
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience driving trucks or pulling trailers
Schedule
- Part-time with flexible scheduling
- Work is based on booked jobs (some days are longer than others)
- Weekends and weekdays available
Pay
