Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Fitness Coach / Group Trainer with Grit N Grind Fitness, LLC, primarily based in Coppell, with future opportunities at additional locations as the company expands.
The Fitness Coach will lead group fitness classes, coach members through safe and effective workouts, provide exercise modifications and progressions, and help create an engaging, welcoming, and results-driven training environment.
This role also offers the opportunity to build personal training clientele for the right fit. Current scheduling needs are primarily weekday lunch hours, with potential for additional class times and coaching opportunities.
Qualifications
• Experience leading group fitness classes preferred
• Personal training and/or group fitness certification required (ACE, NASM, ISSA, or equivalent)
• CPR/AED certification required
• Strong knowledge of strength training, functional training, and movement quality
• Ability to coach modifications and progressions for varying fitness levels
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High energy, professionalism, and reliability
• Ability to build relationships and create a strong community-centered coaching experience
• Experience with mobility training or coaching women is a plus
Compensation
$30–$40 per class based on experience, with additional earning opportunities through personal training.
