Responsibilities
- Develop, refine, and maintain employee handbook, agreements, and HR policies
- Administer benefits and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Lead onboarding, offboarding, and new hire orientation programs
- Coordinate and deliver compliance and workplace conduct training
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation in HRIS
- Conduct interviews and support recruiting efforts
- Act as a trusted advisor for employee relations and conflict resolution
- Support engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and culture-building activities
- Partner with leadership to design and implement scalable HR programs and standardize procedures across companies
- Assist multiple companies at different stages of HR infrastructure maturity
- 4–7 years of HR experience in generalist or business partner roles
- HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent) preferred
- Strong knowledge of HR compliance, employee relations, and HR best practices
- Able to balance hands-on HR execution with strategic advisory responsibilities
- Experience with HRIS systems, reporting, and HR analytics
- Excellent communication, relationship building, and conflict resolution skills
- Experience in high-growth, multi-location environments
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building processes and systems from the ground up
