We're seeking motivated and efficient Food Runners to be the crucial link between our kitchen and our happy guests. As a Food Runner at Twin Hickory Tavern, You Will:
· Efficiently deliver food from the kitchen to the correct tables, ensuring dishes are presented beautifully and promptly.
· Understand menu items and communicate any special instructions to guests or servers.
· Assist with table maintenance, including clearing plates as guests finish courses.
· Support kitchen staff by ensuring proper plate presentation and organization of finished dishes.
· Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth service flow.
· Help maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining room and expo line.
· Pre-bus tables and assist with restocking as needed.

· Strong sense of urgency and ability to move quickly and efficiently.
· Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
· Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.

· Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
· Previous restaurant experience is a plus, but we're eager to train enthusiastic individuals!
